Kin Jezra S Ilustrisimo is a scammer, con artist, a fraud and a fake.
Kin Jezra from Zamboanga Philippines is dead. Well that is what she tried to make out happened. First a lump in the breast and after handing over money for that then liver cancer. On the way her father died, dog died and phone was broken. All scams. She took thousands of dollars of mine before I put a stop to it.
She works at Philippine Union Canning Company as a Quality Control Inspector or Human Resources Coordinator. Her LinkedIn profile changed after death to Human Resources Coordinator and back to Quality Control Inspector. She uses the fact that she works at this company as part of the scam and to look legitimate.
Do not trust this individual. She is a very good liar. She will deceive you and have no guilt on the emotional and financial stress she causes. She makes out as a good religious god fearing person. Loving family. Such a nice sweet person. Its all fake. She is not that.
Romance scams can be tackled under various Philippine laws, depending on the specific circumstances of the scam. The most relevant laws and legal provisions include:

- Republic Act (R.A.) No. 10175 – Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012

Foreigners can make sworn statements and present evidence to a Philippine consulate officer at any consulate to initiate police reports to NBI and the federal police. It is possible to have someone arrested, charged and convicted without the need to travel to the Philippines.
The consequences for Kin can result in serious jail time and civil action for losses. This is not a small crime and the Philippine government is actively trying to stop these people.
